We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader (Laravel) with over 6 years of experience to lead our development team in creating innovative products and modules that help our customers grow. Your primary focus will be on developing robust server-side logic, maintaining database integrity, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. You will also play a critical role in coordinating with project managers and cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Role and Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using the Laravel framework.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager to understand project requirements and translate them into effective backend solutions.
Feedback and Roadmap Alignment: Provide feedback on the product roadmap, working closely with product teams to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and define timelines.
Customization and Innovation: Lead the customization of themes, plugins, and features based on client requirements, enhancing user experience and functionality.
Problem Solving: Demonstrate a strong problem-solving attitude and a deep understanding of core OOP concepts.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver features.

Skills and Requirements

1. Experience:

6+ years of professional experience in PHP development, with a strong emphasis on the Laravel framework.

2. Technical Skills:

Extensive knowledge of Laravel frameworks.
Proven experience in developing large-scale Laravel applications.
Strong understanding of MySQL databases.
Knowledge of common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
Experience with user authentication and authorization across multiple systems and environments.

3. Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, fostering a collaborative work environment.
